Remote Learning -5th & 6th Class, 25th-29th Jan

To all the parents and pupils of 5th and 6th class

In these difficult circumstances, I hope you are all continuing to stay well and safe. It is hard to believe that we are entering our third week of remote learning. I want to take this opportunity to thank every single one of you for your engagement and participation over the last number of weeks. You have all done exceptional work.

I have now emailed a plan of work for 25th – 29th Jan to all parents in daily timetable format together with a number of attachments and list of extension activities. If you have not received the same please let me know.

There will be two Zoom classes next week, one on Tuesday 26th January for Irish and the other on Thursday 28th January for English poetry at 2.15pm on both days. Once again I must stress that I need you all to notify me via email by 10am Tuesday & Thursday morning at the latest if you wish for your child to be invited to these classes, otherwise you will not receive the link. The final part of each Zoom class will be set aside for Questions & Answers the pupils may have on any of their work.

Please try to engage with Seesaw on a daily basis. If you can’t upload onto Seesaw every day, only do the days you can or even only certain activities. It is important that the letter writing exercise next week is completed by the end of the week to ensure that nobody is left out or left awaiting a letter that they do not receive.

If you have any questions, queries or feedback, don’t hesitate to contact me on my email address.

I wish you all the best this week andI hope to see you all soon.

Mrs Campbell
